Getting your Libary Card not only makes you eligible to checkout books here in Richfield, but gives you access to every public library in Sevier County, Utah and access to eBooks through Libby/Overdrive.

Get Your Library Card

To obtain a library card, come to the library and show:
1. A picture ID with a current address
2. Another proof of current address such as a check, a fishing license, a piece of mail, a utility bill, etc.
(If you don't have a picture ID with your current address, you can bring an ID with your old address and additional proof of your current address)

Free For Residents

Library cards are free for Richfield residents, and for all children who attend (or are eligible to attend) Richfield preschools, daycares and schools.

Non-residents

Patrons who reside outside Richfield City limits must pay a $20 annual fee for library privileges.

Kid's Cards

Parents must come with children to sign them up for library cards. Please bring 1) a picture ID with a current address, or 2) a picture ID with an old address, and another proof of current address (a check, a fishing license, a piece of mail, a rental agreement, a utility bill, etc.)

Circulation Time

Materials (books, movies, audios) all circulate for 3 weeks. They can be renewed for an additional 3 weeks by phone, in person, or online before they are due, provided no other patron has reserved them, and if they are not new books.

Fines

Overdue books, movies, audios, etc. will be charged 10 cents per day.
